The opportunity:
Play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, agile workforce. As our Workforce Planning Advisor in our Finance and Business Performance team, you'll work closely with the Workforce Planning Lead to ensure the right people are matched to the right opportunities at the right time. You'll help facilitate seamless transitions between client engagements, balancing individual skills, experience, and career development aspirations with client demands and business priorities.
In this dynamic role, you'll contribute to building a workforce that is engaged, capable, and ready to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, anticipate resourcing needs, and support strategic workforce decisions will be key to ensuring both client success and organisational growth.
This is a 24 month (2 year) fixed-term contract.
Day to day you will:
Drive the successful deployment of talent by matching the right people to the right opportunities, ensuring skill, role, and business requirements are met.
Maximise workforce utilisation by identifying billable opportunities, proactively managing bench capacity, and supporting strong business performance.
Balance client needs with employee growth by considering skills, experience, and development goals while helping shape future workforce capability.
Leverage workforce insights and data to support informed resourcing decisions, capacity planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and deliver effective resourcing solutions.
What you will bring to our team:
General administration management experience.
The ability to multi-task, plan and organise workflow to meet deadlines.
Good business application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
A high performing mindset and strong communication skills.
The ability to liaise and work effectively with a range of people.
A high level of attention to detail.
