About the Role
My client is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Workflow and Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between clients and our internal workflow development team. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, documenting business processes, and coordinating the development of efficient workflow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced experience with Monday.com, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into clear workflow requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal workflow development team.
- Meet with clients to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and workflow requirements.
- Document and communicate client requirements clearly to the IT workflow-building team.
- Design, build, optimise, and maintain workflows and project boards in Monday.com.
- Create and manage automations, dashboards, views, templates, and reporting within Monday.com.
- Coordinate workflow implementation projects from initial discovery through to deployment.
- Test workflows to ensure they meet client requirements before implementation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline client processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and workflow records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in workflow coordination, operations, project coordination, business process improvement, or a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Monday.com is essential.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing boards, automations, dashboards, dependencies, forms, templates, and workflow processes in Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and operational process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional workflow specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems and workflow automation platforms is advantageous.
