About the Role 

We're looking for a Warehousing Specialist to join our Service Operations team at Workwize. You'll take ownership of a complex, multi-market operational domain — managing 3PL partner performance across 14+ global locations, leading expansion into new markets, and designing the processes that make our warehousing service reliable at scale.

Workwize is a global IT lifecycle platform. When a company hires or offboards an employee, we manage the full equipment journey — procuring, delivering, retrieving, and warehousing devices on their behalf. Our warehouse network is the physical backbone of that service, and it's growing fast. We currently operate across 14+ locations globally, with significant expansion planned.

This role is for someone who wants to own something real — not coordinate, not report, not assist. You'll diagnose performance gaps across a fragmented 3PL network, lead market entry decisions using data, and design solutions that hold at scale. Influence without authority is the default — you'll need to earn alignment, not assume it.

 

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Warehouse Performance

  • Own operational performance across an assigned set of global warehouse locations
  • Drive SLA adherence across 3PL partners — intake speed, redeployment timelines, outbound accuracy
  • Diagnose performance gaps using data and lead structured improvement initiatives end-to-end
  • Run structured performance reviews with 3PL partners and hold them accountable to commitments

Warehouse Expansion

  • Lead end-to-end opening of new warehouse locations — from market assessment through to go-live
  • Prioritise expansion markets using client demand data, competitive coverage, and 3PL network availability
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Technology to ensure smooth integration of new locations

Warehouse Development

  • Define, document, and continuously improve operational processes across the warehousing service
  • Build playbooks and frameworks that drive consistency across the 3PL network as it scales
  • Identify and fix process gaps that are generating friction for users, clients, or internal teams

 

What We're Looking For

  • ~2 years of experience in consulting, operations, logistics, or project management
  • Structured thinker — defines the problem before designing the solution
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to diagnose issues and validate improvements
  • Ownership mentality — sees things through end-to-end without needing to be managed
  • Comfortable operating across a fragmented, multi-party landscape without direct authority
  • Clear communicator in English — written and verbal
  • Experience in a fast-growth or scaling environment is a strong plus

Bonus if you have:

  • Direct experience in 3PL management or logistics network operations
  • Exposure to warehouse management systems or operational tooling
  • Background in process design, SLA management, or performance reporting
  • Consulting background looking to move into operational ownership — this is a strong environment for that transition
