About the Role: 

You will be responsible for the physical operations of merchandise within our facility, ensuring that every item is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics hub and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will lead daily warehouse activities, optimize inventory control through ODOO, manage budgets, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and direct the warehouse operations staff to ensure high performance, safety, and alignment with company goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Enforce and optimize Fever’s internal operational processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Logistics & Shipment Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost-effective handling of all freight.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory integrity within ODOO; oversee precise categorization, execute regular audits, and dynamically update stock levels based on receiving and shipping workflows.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, facility throughput, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for workforce allocation, logistics functions, and facility support costs (including safety, security, insurance, and maintenance).
  • Cross-Functional Financial Support: Partner with the Finance team to meticulously track and allocate operational costs per Intellectual Property (IP) based on real-time warehouse utilization.
  • Safety & Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; design and execute a comprehensive Facility Maintenance Plan to sustain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., F.O., N.V.) regarding their stored inventory and logistics needs.
  • Vendor & Agency Relations: Cultivate and manage strategic business relationships with staffing agencies for flexible labor solutions and logistics vendors for shipping optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize warehouse workflows and implement scalability strategies to support Fever's rapid growth.

About You:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experienc in a warehouse or logistics operations and environment, specifically with picking, packing, and reception.
  • English: good written and verbal English communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Inventory management experience and skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using google sheets and excel files, as well as digital tools such as PDAs and Warehouse Management Systems (SGA).
  • Certifications: A valid forklift operator license (Carné de Carretillero) and heavy equipment certified is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership skills: confortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with the business units we support. Experience in managing unique and complex situations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is necessary.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy to prevent inventory discrepancies and shipping errors.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of a warehouse role, including moving merchandise and standing for extended periods.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Logistic Park San Agustín, San Agustín del Guadalix.
