Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring products are ready for installation crews. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Please Note: Joyce is opening a new warehouse in the coming months and is proactively building a pipeline of qualified Warehouse Coordinators. This position is expected to begin inlate August to early September. We encourage interested candidates to apply now so we can begin conversations early and be ready to move forward as the new facility comes online.

Compensation

• W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work
• Hourly rate: $22–$25 per hour, flexible based on experience
• Overtime opportunities when available

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Daytime hours
• Occasional overtime based on workload

What You’ll Do

• Unload trucks and receive incoming materials
• Organize and stage materials for installation crews
• Maintain accurate inventory of stock materials
• Update inventory records as shipments are received
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with loading materials for daily jobs
• Communicate with team regarding material needs

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently
• Previous warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
