Role overview

We're looking for a well-organised Virtual Assistant to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll manage inboxes, calendars and admin so the team can focus on their clients. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes, flag priorities and draft replies
• Schedule meetings and keep calendars up to date across time zones
• Prepare documents, reports and simple presentations
• Handle data entry and keep records accurate and current
• Coordinate travel, bookings and general administrative tasks

What you'll need

• Experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• A reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Good organisation and the ability to work independently
