The Opportunity: Vice President of Sales

We're looking for a sales leader to build the next stage of Vocantas' growth. Our existing customer base continues to expand, but our biggest opportunity is winning new customers—and that's what this role is built around.

You'll inherit a team of Account Executives and an AI-enabled go-to-market engine that's already in place. Your mandate is to turn it into a repeatable, scalable new-logo acquisition machine while leading the commercial launch of ConnectOS. This is a true player-coach role where you'll carry your own number, coach the team, improve the sales process, and help shape the future of the organization. The initial focus is accelerating growth across the U.S., with the opportunity to influence future expansion into additional international markets.

Location: Remote (United States)

The salary range for this role is $100,000–$130,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.

What You'll Own

New Business Growth

  • Own new-logo bookings as the primary success metric for the role.
  • Build and execute full-cycle pipeline generation strategies across healthcare and manufacturing.
  • Personally develop and close strategic target accounts.

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of three Account Executives.
  • Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and sales execution using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
  • Partner with the CEO on quota planning, territory strategy, and sales compensation.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead the commercial go-to-market strategy for ConnectOS across both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Continuously improve and scale a modern AI-enabled sales motion.
  • Build the foundation for a larger sales organization as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, including at least 3 years leading a sales team.
  • A proven track record of building new-logo pipeline from the ground up—not simply managing renewals or expansion revenue.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability environment where leaders are expected to be hands-on.
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience using Salesforce, MEDDPICC, or similar sales processes.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience selling to operations, HR, workforce management, or similar business leaders.
  • Experience selling into healthcare or manufacturing organizations.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI throughout the sales process and excited to continue evolving AI-enabled go-to-market strategies.
