At The Village Vet, we believe in providing the best standard of care possible while continuously growing and learning as a team. We are deeply connected to the Chelan community, taking pride in our strong relationships with our clients and their pets. As one of the few hospitals in the area offering both general practice and urgent care medicine, while maintaining our gold-standard patient care, we always come through.

  • Some prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred (veterinary experience a plus but not required) — we provide full training for the right candidate (1-3 years of experience preferred)
  • Willingness to learn financial fundamentals, including budgeting, labor, and cost control, with support and mentorship provided
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $38.55/hr or $80,184 annually
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental and life insurance options
  • 401(k) + company matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • CE allowance for growth within field
  • Pet Care Discounts
