What You Will Do:
Vendor Management
- Monitor & Evaluate: Track and assess IT vendor performance to ensure full compliance with agreed contracts and SLAs.
- Contract Administration: Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and supporting negotiation processes with data-driven insights.
- Onboarding Support: Gather and compile relevant data/documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations.
Financial & Budget Management
- Budget Tracking: Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against the approved budget.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review.
Asset Management
- Lifecycle Tracking: Record, track, and maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal.
- Distribution & Disposal: Manage the receiving, distribution, and retirement processes of IT assets in alignment with corporate policies.
- Inventory Reporting: Compile regular IT asset inventory reports and ensure the asset database is continuously updated.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance.
- Strong capability in documenting, tracking, and managing vendor contracts.
- Solid experience in IT budget formulation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Deep understanding of Vendor Onboarding processes, contracts, and legal agreements.
- Thorough knowledge of vendor compliance and document requirements.
- Strong proficiency in financial concepts such as Capex, Opex, and Accruals.
