We are looking for an User Acquisition Manager (In-app Networks). This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of the user acquisition channels for one of our flagship, fast-growing products. You will be responsible for launching and scaling campaigns across leading in-app advertising networks, running your own experiments, and shaping the channel's growth strategy. This role is for someone who wants to do more than just manage campaigns—it’s about influencing the direction of the channel, making data-driven decisions, and seeing the direct impact of your work.

You'll work closely with experienced creative marketers, analysts, and designers to rapidly validate hypotheses, identify winning approaches, and scale successful strategies. In this role, you will
Launch and manage advertising campaigns across ad networks (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Unity Ads, etc), where we operate as an official partner.
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily against key metrics (CPA, CPI, IPM, ROAS, Retention).
Own your channel strategy end-to-end: design your own testing structure for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, focused primarily on Tier-1 markets (US, Western Europe).
Maintain campaign reporting and prepare regular performance reports.
Communicate directly with network account managers on launches, optimization, creative moderation, and technical issues.
Collaborate with the Creative team to request and provide feedback on creatives.
Report on results in team syncs and drive your own experiments with real ownership of outcomes.
It’s all about you
1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, personally launching and managing campaigns (not only through a managed-service setup).
Practical, hands-on experience with at least one of the networks: AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Unity Ads, at a meaningful spend level (not just small test launches).
Experience working with monthly budgets from $100,000.
Understanding of programmatic/ad network buying principles (bidding, auctions, optimization events).
Solid grasp of core performance metrics (CPA, CPI, CTR, CR, ROAS, IPM, LTV)
Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data work.
English at Intermediate (B1+) level for working with network interfaces and communicating with account managers.
Attention to detail and discipline in reporting and campaign structure
Would be a plus
Basic SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools (Tableau, AppsFlyer).
Understanding of MMP tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution principles.
Interest in automating routine processes (reporting, monitoring) using AI tools
