Requirements

📌 Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management & Execution

  • Workflow Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements (including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments).
  • Triage & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract intake, routing complex legal edits to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous record-keeping within our CRM system, ensuring all metadata fields (e.g., expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, financial obligations, etc.) are highly accurate.

Process Optimization & System Administration

  • Salesforce Administration: Act as the internal administrator for our CRM platform, by maintaining and updating customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce to ensure a "single source of truth. This includes executing tasks related to the customer and opportunity management within Salesforce
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows to reduce contract turnaround time.

Reporting & Analytics

  • KPI Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory/regions.
  • Proactive Obligations Tracking: Generate monthly and quarterly reports highlighting upcoming contract expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price-escalation triggers.

📌 Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations (preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment).
  • System Expertise: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Core Competencies

  • Contractual Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of standard commercial legal terms (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability, termination for convenience, data privacy).
  • Data Fluency: Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to analyze contract data, construct pivot tables, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Proven track record of managing competing priorities from aggressive Sales teams, meticulous Legal teams, and risk-averse Finance teams.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to independently steer process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
