As a UI/UX Expert, you will help shape intuitive digital experiences across internal portals and mobile applications. This role is central to improving how users interact with business systems, translating user needs and organizational goals into thoughtful, effective design solutions while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user interfaces for internal portals and mobile applications to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align design work with organizational goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and usability across platforms.
• Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of UI/UX design experience for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Eligible to work in Jordan.
• Experience in internal enterprise systems is a plus.
• A UI/UX certification is a plus.
