A successful Alpha Staff:
As the Office Assistant you will join the School Operations Team and work to amplify Alpha’s impact in the community. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of key clerical and operational duties in order to maintain an efficient office environment. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the work of our educators and the fulfillment of Alpha’s mission. This role will start ASAP and end May 31st.
Alpha staff are expected to:
- Support the school by executing on administrative duties and all day-to-day office responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage student data and records by ensuring that filing and data entry meet compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with scholars, families, and Alpha staff to support with family engagement
- Embody the mission, vision and core beliefs of Alpha

You Possess…
- High School Diploma - Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google applications
- Bilingual Vietnamese/English – Preferred
