Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term charity clients.
  • Represent and advocate for charities focused on humanitarian, environmental, medical, animal, and social causes.
  • Engage donors in meaningful conversations to cultivate trusting, long-term relationships.
  • Utilise our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage donor data for multiple charities.
  • Work effectively as part of a team within a contact centre environment to meet shared goals.
  • Achieve customer service KPIs related to productivity and quality consistently.
  • Provide specialised services to donors, addressing their questions and resolving issues as needed.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to help those in need and contribute positively to the community.
  • Strong interest in philanthropy and charity work with a passion for making a difference.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse donor communities over the phone.
  • Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills when handling objections or challenging situations.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn continuously and develop personal and professional skills.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately when capturing and managing donor information.

Description

We are an award-winning fundraising agency that is growing. We’re recruiting talkative, and caring team players to join us and make a difference. We’ll enhance your skills and experience to You'll be speak with likeminded supporters of causes which that matter to them. Conversations can be simple, challenging and rewarding. Cultivating trusting relationships with supporters is the main focus of the role. With that comes the ability to fundraise and provide the best representation of the charity.

Your responsibilities would include

  • Providing quality customer service over the phone to supporters of our long-term charity clients.
  • Representing charities and advocating for the humanitarian, environmental, medical, animal and social causes.
  • Provide multiple specialised services to donors for a range of charities over the phone.
  • Using our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage data for our charities.
  • Working effectively and part of a team in a contact center environment.
  • Achieving customer service KPI's around productivity and quality.

Benefits

We provide 4-week training and induction program. This will ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to do the role. You’ll receive regular support and coaching from your peers and the leadership team.

We now have vacancies for permanent, full time and part time (50 hours per fortnight). You get to choose your own shift pattern which allows you to plan your life outside of work. We pay Call centre award rates, there is room for growth, learning opportunities and development! Opportunity to work from home is available to all employees after the probationary period is completed and achieving KPI's on a consistent basis. We can help you get there!

Salary: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
