SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Product Owner to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives supporting wealth management and financial advisory platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and technology teams to define product vision, manage priorities, and ensure successful execution of product roadmaps.

The candidate should possess strong financial services domain expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of modern technology platforms, APIs, data integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.

CERTIFICATIONS

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification Financial industry certifications are a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Own and manage the product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap.

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

•Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

•Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, and operations teams throughout the SDLC.

•Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

•Drive product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

•Coordinate integration efforts involving APIs, data platforms, CRM systems, and financial applications.

•Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

•Monitor product performance and define KPIs and success metrics.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements within the financial services industry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Management.

•5+ years of experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Broker-Dealer, or Investment Advisory environments.

•Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

•Experience creating user stories, epics, workflows, and business requirements.

•Understanding of APIs, microservices, system integrations, and data flows.

•Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile product management tools.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Experience supporting Advisor Platforms, Client Portals, CRM systems, or Investment Platforms.

•Knowledge of brokerage operations, account opening, trading, onboarding, portfolio management, and advisory services.

•Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Wealthscape, Pershing, Fidelity, or similar wealth management platforms.

•SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification.

•Financial industry certifications are a plus.
