The role
Please note, we are only accepting applicants from the provinces of Ontario and Québec for this role. For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe.

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join the technology team of a leading luxury maison and support its international e-commerce program as part of the eFlagship digital transformation initiative — a large-scale program heavily built on the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFCC). This is an engagement of at least 6 months.
We are looking for a strong mix of project management, delivery leadership, and technical understanding. The ideal candidate can pilot complex e-commerce projects and multi-market rollouts, operate confidently inside a SAFe delivery framework, and engage credibly on technical topics — ideally with hands-on exposure to SFCC and e-commerce delivery.
This is a delivery-focused role at the intersection of business, technology, and partners. The person drives day-to-day delivery across web performance, security, test automation, partner management, and continuous platform improvement — with a genuine appetite for automation, AI, and new ways to make delivery more efficient.
We are looking for someone who combines delivery leadership with enough technical depth to be credible on a Salesforce-based e-commerce platform. This person should not only track and report on delivery, but actively drive it — piloting rollouts, clarifying ownership, managing partners, and keeping multi-market execution moving.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, multi-time-zone environment, brings strong SAFe and delivery discipline, and has a real appetite for automation and AI as levers to make delivery faster, cleaner, and more efficient.

Role responsibilities
Project & Rollout Delivery
- Pilot e-commerce projects and platform rollouts across different international markets, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks end to end.
- Coordinate market-specific delivery while maintaining alignment with the global platform and program standards.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting across business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners.
Agile / SAFe Delivery Management
- Track and manage features within the SAFe delivery framework, including participation in and preparation for PI Planning.
- Maintain visibility on feature progress, dependencies, and commitments across teams and program increments.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to keep delivery cadence and execution on track.
Day-to-Day Delivery Activities
- Drive ongoing delivery across web performance, platform security, and test automation.
- Manage and follow up with external partners and system integrators, holding them accountable to quality and timelines.
- Champion continuous improvement of the e-commerce platform — stability, performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to align priorities and unblock delivery.
- Act as a connection point between business needs and technical execution, clarifying ownership and driving follow-up.
Efficiency, Automation & AI
- Bring an appetite for automation, AI, and new approaches to improve delivery efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery workflows, testing, and reporting through modern tooling and AI-assisted practices.
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in a complex, multi-team technology environment.
- Strong e-commerce delivery experience, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- A solid mix of project management discipline and genuine technical understanding — able to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and technical leads.
- Experience working within an Agile / SAFe delivery framework, including PI Planning and feature-level tracking.
- Familiarity with day-to-day delivery topics: web performance, platform security, test automation, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing external partners and system integrators.
- Strong ability to track dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery commitments across multiple teams and markets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations.
- Ability to operate independently and proactively drive follow-up, alignment, and issue resolution across time zones.
Nice to have qualifications
- Broader Salesforce ecosystem knowledge beyond SFCC (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, clienteling-related platforms).
- Experience in retail, luxury, omnichannel, CRM, clienteling, or e-commerce domains.
- Experience with international, multi-market rollouts and the coordination they require.
- Familiarity with delivery and PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, or Excel.
- Experience with release management, UAT coordination, and production deployment planning.
- Hands-on interest in automation and AI-assisted delivery practices.
