We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who loves finding exceptional talent - not waiting for applications.

What You'll Do

Proactively source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities, and creative outbound strategies.

Conduct high-quality outreach and headhunting to attract passive candidates.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.

Screen candidates and assess both technical capability and cultural fit.

Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.

Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.

Help strengthen our employer brand and recruiting processes as we continue to scale.
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company or startup.

Strong experience recruiting for technical roles such as AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data, AI, or similar positions.

Proven success with outbound sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates.

Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and results.

Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
