We are currently expanding and seekingΒ experienced CQC inspectorsΒ to join our growingΒ Task Force teamΒ β delivering high-quality inspection, assurance, and improvement support to health and social care providers across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity to use your regulatory expertise in aΒ consultancy capacity, helping providers achieve and maintain compliance while driving meaningful quality improvement.
β What Youβll Deliver
π Inspection & Assurance
- LeadΒ mock CQC inspectionsΒ and assurance reviews across adult social care and health services
- Assess compliance against CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice
- Produce detailed inspection reports and evidence-based improvement plans
π Improvement Support
- Provide expert consultancy and practical guidance to providers
- Support services throughΒ post-inspection recovery, enforcement, and quality improvement programmes
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing compliance support
π Education & Sector Engagement
- Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions
- Represent the organisation at partnership meetings, provider forums, and sector events
π€ Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong professional relationships with providers, commissioners, and regulators
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care
Requirements
Essential
- Current or formerΒ CQC InspectorΒ with demonstrable inspection experience
- Significant experience in adult social care, regulation, or compliance
- Expert knowledge ofΒ CQC regulations, assessment frameworks, and legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA, DoLS, H&S, Safeguarding, GDPR)
- Experience producing detailedΒ inspection reports and improvement plans
- Ability to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays)
Desirable
- Experience supporting providers throughΒ enforcement or recovery programmes
- Knowledge ofΒ governance frameworksΒ and quality improvement methodologies
