Talent Sourcing Specialist – Bangalore, India
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. You will ideally have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and business roles.
You’ll work closely with our team to maintain a consistent, high-quality, and candidate-focused recruitment process. Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and a relationship-driven approach are important, as this role will play a key part in helping us grow our teams globally while providing an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for technology and non-technology roles across all organizational levels using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS to ensure accurate records and reporting.
- Support and help manage employee referral programs in India to drive internal sourcing.
- Maintain and grow candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices for tech talent.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative mindset.
