Scopely is seeking a Talent Partner to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Marketing and Technical Product functions. We are looking for a strategic talent partner who understands the evolving technology landscape, builds trusted relationships with leaders, and is passionate about helping scale high-performing teams through world-class hiring practices.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles across the organization, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, and Technology leaders to understand current and future talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top technical talent through proactive market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain high-quality passive candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing approaches to identify and attract top engineering and technical talent.
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds, technical experience, and career trajectories against role requirements and team needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, transparency, and effective process management.
- Partner with interview teams to drive calibration, alignment on hiring criteria, and high-quality assessment practices.
- Manage offer development, negotiation, and closing activities while partnering with Compensation, HR, and business leaders.
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and optimize recruiting processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-enabled recruiting practices, and evolving technical talent markets.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within gaming, technology, software, AI/ML, or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, IT/Security, Technical Product, or related technical functions.
- Strong passive candidate sourcing capabilities and experience building talent pipelines for highly competitive technical markets.
- Ability to assess technical talent and understand software development processes, engineering disciplines, and technical career paths.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and influence talent decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to drive decisions.
- Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
