Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Manager, Head, and Lead level roles
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership qualities, management experience, and alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including sensitive and confidential negotiation stages
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews to assess leadership potential
- Excellent direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills, Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- High attention to detail in communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders
