The Talent Team

  • Deploy AI across the entire funnel. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and analysis run on AI, so a small team moves like a large one.

  • Treat talent as the critical path. Every team's ability to hit its goals is gated on hiring, so recruiting is the constraint the whole company watches.

  • Build a brand the best want to join. Make Fluidstack a place exceptional people seek out, not one they have to be convinced about.

Role Scope

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for priority roles: source, screen, drive the process, and close.

  • Book and run recruiter pre screens covering timeline, visa, travel, relocation, and comp expectations, logged in Ashby the same day.

  • Keep pipelines inside SLA: every candidate advanced or dispositioned in days, not weeks.

  • Feed structured signal to hiring managers and the leadership gate so late-stage surprises get rarer every month.

What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

  • You've run a full-cycle desk with 30-40 active candidates without dropping a thread.

  • Your screen notes are ones another recruiter could act on cold.

  • You source your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound.

  • You move fast without letting process integrity slip.

  • Bonus: Ashby. Technical and infrastructure roles. Mixed high-volume and senior desks. AI sourcing tools.
