Job Description 

The Talent Acquisition Advisor supports DA's hiring efforts by delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment across roles and regions. Sitting within the People Team, this role focuses on proactive sourcing, coordination with hiring managers, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly from initial brief through to offer. 

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing hands-on sourcing with stakeholder coordination, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating in a fast-growing, global organization. Based in Brazil, the Talent Acquisition Advisor works closely with colleagues across regions and contributes to broader organizational priorities.   

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner, supporting hiring globally with a strong focus on proactive and strategic sourcing and taking ownership beyond assigned requisitions. 
  • Proactively build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across multiple job levels, functions, and geographies. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, share progress, proactively identifying and addressing barriers to effective recruitment, escalating issues early and proposing solutions.  
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, best practice, candidate selection, and hiring decisions. 
  • Provide talent market insights and data to inform hiring strategies, prioritization, and decision-making. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and improve candidate experience.  
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and the broader People Team to support seamless recruitment and onboarding processes. 
  • Own end-to-end candidate experience, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in DA’s hiring systems.  
  • Proactively support the TA Manager on ongoing projects and initiatives, contributing ideas, driving workstreams forward, and helping improve how we hire at scale.

Required Skills/Experiences: 

  • Professional experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing 
  • Recruitment Background: Experience in an in-house, international environment is preferred. A consulting or professional services recruiting background is desirable but not required.  
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Remote collaboration: Proficiency in using collaborative tools in a remote working environment and a willingness to work across time zones with geographically dispersed teams.  
  • Language requirements: English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential.  
  • Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in and have existing right-to-work in Brazil.
