Let’s start with the role
As a System Administrator at Kaizen, you will be responsible for internal systems integration and Active Directory administration. You will also be working closely with other tech teams such as SREs and third-party suppliers, helping translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
- Manage and improve our internal business systems and applications (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Slack, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, etc.) used across the company.
- Deploy and configure third-party applications with a keen focus on security, performance, redundancy, and user experience.
- Work with Solution Engineers to identify business requirements and suggest service improvements according to company policies and directions.
- Collaborate with vendors and delivery teams in the installation and deployment of new system functionalities and with the Network and Security teams as part of incident response.
- Provide second-level support by managing incoming incidents, problems, and service requests in line with user needs, system functionality, and internal processes.
- Identify and implement automation for recurring administrative tasks
- Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Work with Managed Services Partners to manage the rollout of new software and services as required.
What you'll bring

- Previous experience in the role;
- Ability to troubleshoot advanced issues related to Active Directory topology, and related features, in a complex, multi-site and/or multi-domain environment.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication or user management systems (e.g., Entra ID, Google SSO).
- Hands-on experience in any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously explores new AI capabilities and champions their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool.
