The role
An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Business Operations team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Executive to support our ERP system transition and manage item master data accuracy across our integrated systems. This dual-focused role is critical to ensuring business continuity during our ERP migration and maintaining data integrity that supports our daily operations and product launches.
Main Responsibilities:
1. ERP Transition & Support
- Support the transition from our current ERP to the new ERP system, ensuring continuity of documents and data throughout the migration period
- Assist in document creation, item master setup, and inventory/warehouse configuration in the new system
- Support setup and processing of key transactions such as Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt PO (GRPO), and Inventory Transfers (IT/ITR)
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting issues and validating system functionality
- Audit and clean up the current SAP B1 environment prior to migration by collaborating with business units to reconcile and close out open or legacy transactions, ensuring a clean data cutover and maintaining master data integrity.
- Post-implementation, ensure integrations between the new ERP and connected systems (POS, Ecommence platform, WMS) are functioning correctly and proactively identify and resolve any breakages
- Build operational dashboards and exception reports, providing real-time visibility into system health, data discrepancies, and post-go-live transaction bottlenecks.
2. Item Master Management
- Maintain accuracy of the item master in the current ERP system
- Create SKUs within required timeframes and manage ongoing SKU updates
- Send barcode information to suppliers in a timely manner
- Update SKU attributes including product names, weight, dimensions, and HS codes
- Upload and maintain B2B and RRP (Recommended Retail Price) pricing
- Conduct price accuracy checks across all systems, ensuring correctness ahead of product launches
Requirements
- Available for 6 months internship commitment
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- An interest in ERP systems and how business data flows across an organisation; any exposure (internships, coursework, projects, or part-time roles) is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new software systems quickly
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive, willing-to-learn attitude — we're happy to train the right person on our systems and processes
