What you are accountable for:
The Supervisor, Analytics is accountable for measurement planning and KPI identification that sets the foundation for ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, insights generation, and data visualization across all digital media tactics and web analytics. You will collaborate closely with the Director, Analytics, and other Analytics teammates in evaluating measurement platforms, identifying team training needs, and creating measurement frameworks. You will also work with fellow teammates to ensure client analytics work is achieved, and ensure measurement plans, dashboarding, and reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations for assigned clients are conducted under best practices. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy and serving as a trusted advisor to internal and external teams.
What you are responsible for:
- Prepare and present ongoing client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations on landing page/website performance to clients or internal teams
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, uncover the “why” behind data, identify performance improvement opportunities, and forecast performance
- Seek efficiency through automated data collection
- Identify appropriate A/B testing opportunities and speak to performance thereafter
- Prepare case studies and POVs for use in pitches and client and internal education
- Serve as a mentor to other team members, helping to train and educate the agency on analytics capabilities
