We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our Competitive Intelligence team. As a key member of the CI Department, you will support data management related to CI news alerts and conferences and help ensure structured, high-quality information flows. As the department continues to develop, the role may evolve to include additional tasks over time.
You will be joining the Competitive Intelligence Department, a small and dedicated team, and report directly to Yang Yang-Malten, Senior Director, Competitive Intelligence, who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Data management related to weekly CI alerts and conferences
- Support improvement of systems and processes
- Data handling and analysis
- Support day-to-day tasks in the CI Department
Qualifications and Skills:
You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic programme, such as natural sciences, pharmacy, or a similar field, and you have a strong scientific mindset.
Furthermore, you are:
- Independent and quick to learn, with the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Systematic and structured in your approach to work
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work on-site in Hellerup
Key competencies:
You are a strong team player, detail-oriented, responsible, and have a can-do attitude.
Furthermore, you are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented, and focused on meeting deadlines.
Terms of employment
Work hours: 7.5 hours per week. We want you to be able to balance your studies and work responsibilities effectively and therefore offer flexibility where possible to support you in balancing your commitments.
