What is Stream Head Process Improvement & Management? 

The Stream Head Process Improvement & Management is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise-wide process management and continuous improvement strategy across Enterprise Solution. The role leads a team responsible for business process transformation, governance, process digitization, workflow automation, AI-enabled process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

The incumbent will partner with different stakeholders within Enterprise team to redesign business processes, implement intelligent automation solutions and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

 

The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Transformation & Process Management.

 

What does the Stream Head Process Improvement & Management do?

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the process improvement and operational excellence strategy aligned with Jazz Business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the Process Improvement & Management team, ensuring capability development, performance management, and effective delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives by evaluating, redesigning, standardizing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise process governance, documentation standards, process repositories, and approval frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Champion business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives that simplify operations, improve customer journeys, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation by collaborating closely with technology and product teams.
  • Lead AI-enabled process transformation initiatives by leveraging Generative AI, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), conversational AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning to enhance productivity, automate knowledge management, and improve operational decision-making.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases that create measurable business value across enterprise operations.
  • Define and monitor enterprise process KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics to measure business impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align process transformation priorities with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs from concept to implementation while ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and process governance standards.

  • Comprehensive process repositories, SOPs, governance frameworks, and process architecture.
  • Executive dashboards providing insights into process performance, operational KPIs, and transformation progress.
  • Measurable improvements in turnaround time (TAT), cost optimization, quality, productivity, customer experience, compliance, and employee efficiency.
  • High-performing Process Improvement & Management team with strong functional capabilities.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be the Stream Head Process Improvement & Management?

  • Proven leadership experience in driving enterprise-wide process transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), process governance, process re-engineering, and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop transformation strategies that align operational improvements with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data, process analytics, and business intelligence to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in workflow automation, enterprise systems, digital platforms, and business process optimization.
  • Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, Conversational AI, and Machine Learning applications in business operations.
  • Ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities that improve efficiency, automate repetitive activities, and enhance employee and customer experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and quantify business value from transformation initiatives.
  • Passion for innovation, digital technologies, and continuous improvement.

 

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree (MBA/MS) will be considered an added advantage.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Process Management, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Process Improvement.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in process automation, enterprise workflow platforms, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, BPM, PMP, CBAP, Agile, or similar will be considered an added advantage.
