Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager
Location | Remote
Time Zone | Global (Travel required for in-person networking and industry events)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to manage platform relationships, source ad account capacity, resolve compliance issues, and unlock access that standard agency channels cannot provide within a performance-driven digital advertising environment. This is not a coordination role — success depends entirely on the depth of existing relationships inside Meta and the ability to convert those relationships into fast, measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate comes in with contacts already in place, knows how to activate them immediately, and continues building from there.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage existing Meta relationships — in account management, compliance, partner management, or advertising — to source ad accounts, unblock flagged accounts, and resolve policy issues on behalf of advertisers
Actively network with Meta employees in person at conferences, industry events, and platform meetups to build and deepen relationships with people who can drive outcomes
Advocate for the business and its advertiser clients to secure faster approvals, higher spending limits, and access to beta programs or dedicated account management
Work directly with advertisers in sensitive verticals — nutraceuticals, casino, finance, sweepstakes, and similar — to understand compliance challenges and bring those problems to platform contacts with viable solutions
Maintain platform relationships on a personal and professional level — ongoing engagement, not just transactional outreach when something breaks
Deliver quick wins early, with the first 30 to 60 days producing tangible results in ad account availability or issue resolution
Track and report on relationship health, platform access outcomes, and revenue impact from partnership activity
Travel to relevant industry events globally as needed — physical presence at key events is non-negotiable
Required Qualifications:
Specific, named contacts within Meta — in account management, compliance, or partner-facing roles (this is the single most important requirement and will be assessed directly in the interview process)
Demonstrated experience working with or alongside Meta in a capacity beyond media buying — account management, compliance navigation, partner programs, or platform relationships (hands-on ad buying experience is not required)
Comfort working with advertisers in sensitive verticals such as nutraceuticals, casino, finance, and sweepstakes, including an understanding of the compliance challenges these advertisers face and strategies for navigating them
A proven track record of converting relationships into tangible business outcomes quickly — not just knowing people, but activating them when it counts
Strong in-person networking instincts — someone who shows up, follows through, and builds relationships that last beyond a conference badge scan
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-directed and able to deliver measurable results within the first 60 to 90 days
Must have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar). Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the affiliate marketing space, particularly with performance-driven advertisers in regulated or sensitive categories
Contacts at Google, TikTok, or other major ad platforms in addition to Meta
Active involvement in affiliate or performance marketing industry communities and events
Existing relationships with ad account brokers, resellers, or agency network partners
Tools & Technology:
Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
CRM or relationship-tracking tools
Google Workspace
Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
Please NOTE:
It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
