As a Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening the pool of Corporate and Institutional investors for raising debt required by FSMK for onward lending to SMEs. Act as a product owner to provide clarification to Financial Advisors to enhance confidence and conduct quarterly training to ensure FAs have sufficient knowledge. The role would include finding new partners (both SMEs ecosystem partners and fundraising partners) and managing existing ones. The KPIs would be directly linked to the amount of debt raised as well as the cost of funds for the debt raise.

What you will do:

• Driving and onboarding new partnerships to build a sustainable pipeline for SME lending as well as investments
• Bring on-board new Supply Chain Relationships with small to medium sized Corporates
• Acquiring and driving Corporate and Institutional Investors for raising funds for onward lending to SMEs
• Acquiring new partnerships with Financial Advisory firms for referring investors as well as SMEs
• Managing end to end relationships with all the above external stakeholders
• Managing end to end lifecycle requirements of partners and clients
• Ensure volume and acquisition targets for partnerships are met
• Drive reduction in cost of funds for Thailand and Group through low cost debtraise
• Training SME ecosystem partners and FA partners to equip them with sufficient product knowledge
• Supporting due diligence and data requirements of clients
• Work with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Sales. Credit, Data and other teams to support client/partner requirements
• Any other adhoc task as assigned by supervisor or senior management

Requirements

• Must hold Thai nationality and can communicate in Thai and English at professional level
• At least 3 years of experience with 1 years of relevant experience in investments or credit analysis or fund management etc
• Graduate with distinction or post graduate
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with discerning clients
• Strong power-point and presentation skills
• Fundamental knowledge of Financial Accounting
• Business proficiency in a Southeast Asian language a plus
