As part of this journey, we are strengthening our Logistics team with a Stock Controller who will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence across our logistics operations.
Your Role
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across our warehouse network, ensuring stock reliability, and supporting efficient logistics operations.
Working closely with Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, you will monitor inventory performance, investigate discrepancies, coordinate inventory activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control
Ensure stock accuracy between WMS and ERP systems.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Perform daily inventory control checks and support warehouse teams with stock-related issues.
Monitor stock levels and warehouse capacity.
Inventory Management
Plan and coordinate annual full inventories and cycle counts.
Monitor inventory execution and consolidate results.
Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and KPIs.
Support internal and external inventory audits.
Continuous Improvement
Ensure inventory procedures are consistently followed.
Participate in corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
Monitor inventory checks related to customer claims.
Your Profile
Vocational Training (Higher Technician) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Around 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution platforms.
Good understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience working with a WMS (preferably EASY by Mecalux) and an ERP system (ideally SAP).
Professional working proficiency in English. French is a plus.
You are methodical, analytical, well organized, and enjoy working collaboratively to solve operational challenges.
