Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

About the Role:
As our Startup Operations & Growth Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founders as the operational right hand to the business. You'll help drive growth by supporting customer success, business development, project management, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building
relationships, and helping turn ideas into action. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while contributing to projects that directly impact our growth and success.
What You'll Do:
Help activate new venue partners by managing opportunities throughout our sales
pipeline.
Research and identify prospective venues, artists, and community partners to generate
new leads and support company growth.
Conduct market and industry research to uncover growth opportunities, identify trends,
and support business strategy.
Support artists and venues throughout the onboarding process, answering questions
and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, feedback, and ongoing
support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, venues, and community partners.
Coordinate projects across business, marketing, and software development to ensure
priorities remain aligned and initiatives continue moving forward.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and business priorities while helping keep the team
organized and accountable.
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the platform, onboarding
experience, and operational processes.
Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, community outreach, and special
projects.
Help test new platform features and document bugs, usability issues, and product
improvement ideas.
Attend meetings with venue owners, talent buyers, artists, and community partners
throughout Northwest Arkansas as needed.

or Notion.
You've organized events, promoted concerts, worked in hospitality, or supported
community organizations.
You've started a business, led a club, organized a project, or built something
entrepreneurial.
You enjoy improving systems and finding ways to make processes more efficient.

Additional Details:
Pay Range: $15/hr
Schedule: 30-hour week, occasional flexibility is required for venue meetings, partner visits, networking events, or community events

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, Hybrid Schedule (twice a week)
Candidates must be willing to travel throughout NWA for occasional meetings with venue partners and community organizations. A reliable form of transportation is required.
Our Must Haves:
Current Arkansas state resident
Ability to pass a standard background check
Ability to work 30 hours a week, following the three-month internship
Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know
How does the interview process work? Apprenticely will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. Apprenticely will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate’s skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
