Key day-to-day responsibilities
- Build and monitor KPIs to track portfolio performance and proactively address gaps
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the DACH market
- Represent Equativ at regional industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close new publisher and/or data partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature and onboarding
- Drive revenue growth within your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Demand, Product, Marketing) to maximize inventory value and campaign delivery
- Feed market intelligence back into the business to sharpen our go-to-market approach in the region
About you
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role within the digital advertising industry
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Extra Awesome Skills
- Solid understanding of AdTech products such as SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic ecosystems
- Existing network of publisher contacts in the DACH market
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
