We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 10–18 years of experience in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. This role is ideal for a technology leader with a strong background in Java-based application architecture, modern cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical strategies, architect robust systems, and lead the successful implementation of innovative digital solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures while ensuring security, performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability. Experience with Generative AI technologies and modern full-stack development will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using modern software design principles and cloud-native technologies.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and convert them into scalable architectural solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration strategies, API standards, and system design best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization strategies for improved scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect and implement microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Drive cloud adoption and design secure, resilient, and highly available solutions on enterprise cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review application design, code quality, security standards, and performance optimization strategies.
• Mentor technical leads and senior developers while promoting engineering excellence and architectural best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and distributed systems.

Required Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in software engineering with significant experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java application development and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture patterns, object-oriented design principles, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and driving technical decision-making.

Good-to-Have Skills

Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:

• Experience as a Java Solution Architect, Java Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI-native application development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and modern Java ecosystems.
• Frontend development exposure using React.js for full-stack solution design.
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of security, authentication, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
• Knowledge of messaging systems, distributed caching, and scalable database architectures.
