Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Full-Stack Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of experienced developers. In this role, you will drive the technical vision, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of key projects. You will play a critical role in shaping our product’s foundation, all while actively coding and providing leadership to your team.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, lead, and mentor, a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while actively contributing to development tasks.
- Mentor and advise teams in code review, pair programming and more
- Lead the adoption of agentic coding in the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and roadblocks
- Contribute to products’ vision and subsequent execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of software engineers.
- 5+ years of recent hands-on coding and software design with Nodejs
- Deep knowledge and understanding of databases: SQL/NoSQL/BigQuery, like MongoDB, Elastic etc .

- Salary Range: $170,000-$190,000 (Pending Experience)
