What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years' experience in IT and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C# programming language.
- 5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing custom applications and integrations using .Net standard, .Net core frameworks, C#, MVC, Web API, aspx Web forms, and REST API.
- 5+ years of experience in handling Microsoft SQL server databases using ADO.net, Entity Framework, and writing efficient and complex SQL queries.
- 5+ years of experience in designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- Experience configuring and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.
- Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
- Proven experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
- Experience with Agile development processes is preferred

Proven experience leading technical teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving accountability across development, support, and production operations.
SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $135,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
