We are seeking an experienced and driven Soft Services Coordinator to take ownership of facility operations at one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Southern Attica. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning and hygiene standards across indoor and outdoor areas
• Lead, manage, and develop cleaning staff and subcontractors to perform at their best
• Handle client service requests and issues with professionalism and speed
• Plan and monitor scheduled programs for cleaning, landscaping, and pest control
• Act as the primary point of contact between on-site operations and client expectations

Requirements

• Availability to work 5 days/week on a rotating shift schedule, including 2 weekends per month
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or equivalent role in the Facility Management industry
• Strong leadership skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Working knowledge of MS Office; solid Excel skills required
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
• Bachelor's degree required
