About this Social Worker - Safeguarding Team role at Liquid Personnel
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Safeguarding Team at Wirral.
What will your responsibilities be?

Led and coordinated Section 42 safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014, conducting Making Safeguarding Personal conversations, managing risk, and developing outcome-focused protection plans for vulnerable adults.

Managed a complex adult safeguarding caseload and participated in the Duty Rota, triaging new concerns, undertaking strengths-based assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and safeguarding investigations in line with statutory legislation and local procedures.

Worked closely with health professionals, police, care providers, and voluntary sector organisations to safeguard adults at risk, provide professional advice to partner agencies, and ensure effective multi-agency risk management and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
