Liquid Personnel is seeking an adult social worker for their esteemed client. To be successful in this role, you must have SSSC registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Requirements for the role:  

• Conduct assessments and case management for children and families in line with statutory requirements and service policies.
• Plan, deliver, and review care plans with children, families, and service providers, ensuring interventions are effective and resources are used efficiently.
• Empower children and families by promoting their strengths and supporting them to achieve independence and fulfil their potential.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners under the "Getting it Right for Every Child" framework, enhancing service integration for vulnerable children.
• Prepare reports for legal and professional bodies, attend Children’s Hearings and Court, and maintain accurate records in compliance with service policies.
