Summary
The Manager, Social Media leads social content that turns Zevia from a beverage people drink into a brand people talk about. This role leads our social strategy and a team of creators to build content, conversations, and cultural relevance that help more people discover and connect with the brand.
As a challenger brand, we believe the best ideas don't come from playing it safe or sticking to the status quo. We're looking for someone who understands how culture moves, knows what great social looks like, and can translate insights into work that earns attention and drives results. This person understands what audiences care about, what makes people stop scrolling, and how to create more of what works. They will excel at translating the business needs and brand ethos into a winning social presence across content and our community engagement strategy across social. Importantly, they will be an excellent people leader.
At Zevia, you'll help shape the future of a brand that likes to zig when others zag. You'll have the opportunity to work on celebrity partnerships (including our 2-year partnership with Cardi B), launch innovative products, ride cultural moments, experiment with new platforms and formats, and create social-first ideas that punch above their weight. If you're excited by big swings, making content you’ll actually share with your friends, building a brand people want to be part of, and working collaboratively with a marketing team made up of stars and good humans, we'd love to meet you.
