About Us:
Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment is a wholesale retailer, and service provider of heavy trucks and equipment. Our mission is to empower our customers by delivering top-quality equipment and service solutions, allowing them to focus on their communities instead of their equipment.

We cultivate a team-oriented, service-driven culture dedicated to excellence and collaboration. Join us in creating a dynamic workplace where talented and motivated individuals thrive and contribute to our customers' success.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: $25.00-$35.00/Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all compactor service needs—communicating quotes, updating customers, and documenting complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to schedule diagnostics, identify repairs, and confirm completed work
  • Manage customer records, service quotes, work orders, parts ordering, technician scheduling, and warranty claims
  • Handle additional administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and monitoring maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS) is a plus
  • Mechanical or service industry experience is preferred, but not required
