About this Senior Treasury Analyst role at CoreWeave
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team. This position initially reports to the Senior Director of Treasury and will support our debt management, covenant compliance and lender reporting. A high level of ownership and curiosity will be required, as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes. You will partner closely with internal teams like Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets, Legal and Corporate Development, and with our lenders, to facilitate the company's rapid growth. This position will be based in Manhattan, NY.
About the role:
Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, an unrelenting drive to get to the answer, and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fast-growing organization. Candidates will also be required to have exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Work closely with the Fixed Assets team to prepare borrowing requests, supporting files and other deliverables for CoreWeave's delayed draw term loan facilities
- Prepare materials used for investor, management, and board-level presentations to support capital management decisions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly fixed asset reports, compliance certificates and associated schedules
- Support interest rate hedging activities by analyzing and forecasting exposure, reconciling trades and settlements, and preparing hedge recommendations, memos and hedge designation documentation
- Be an integral part of the team handling debt fundraising initiatives, supporting deal structuring, due diligence, execution and funding
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls for borrowings, debt disclosures and interest rate hedging
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical balance sheet and capital structure issues
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have worked on large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Investment banking, private equity, or similar experience is a plus.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format.
- Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
- Outstanding software and system skills (e.g., proficiency in MS Excel is a must, experience in Netsuite, and Bloomberg is a plus) including AI tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available.

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
