MAKE AN IMPACT
Responsibilities
- Part of an international Agile squad with teams in Chennai & Belgium
- Responsible for development, testing & maintenance of payment applications
- Work closely with BNP Paribas Fortis Tribe Payments team
- Participate in analysis, design, testing & support activities
- Focus on test automation and high-quality software delivery
- Design test cases and prepare test datasets
- Build and maintain automation frameworks
- Develop automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks
- Execute automated test suites and prepare reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement & automation initiatives
- Analyze requirements for automation feasibility
Technical Skills
- Java 8 & 17, OOP concepts
- REST API, XML & JSON testing
- JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD, Karate
- Maven, Docker, GitLab, Jenkins
- Swagger, JMeter, SQL, Oracle
- SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ
- IntelliJ, Insomnia, Bruno, Rally, Octane
Additional Skills
- Strong understanding of STLC & testing methodologies
- Experience in Agile & Scrum environment
- Banking & Payments domain knowledge
- Strong communication and fluent English
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in QA Automation & Java
