About the role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in scaling our culture, aligning business and people strategies, and supporting leaders through rapid growth and change. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment, ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and building from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent, org design, performance, engagement, and team development.

Drive and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with the recruiting, helping to forecast needs, shape job profiles, and guide hiring decisions.
- Lead compensation benchmarking and planning efforts; support compensation cycles, role leveling, and salary review processes.
- Analyze people data to identify trends, inform decisions, and guide organizational improvements.

Champion our culture and values through coaching, facilitation, and change initiatives.

Drive key HR programs like engagement surveys, talent calibration, onboarding, and succession planning.
What You Bring

5+ years of progressive HR/People experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP or similar role.

Proven experience supporting engineering, product, or tech teams in a high-growth AI startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills at all levels of the org.

Strong understanding of compensation principles, benchmarking, and pay-for-performance programs.

Proficient in using data to tell stories and drive decision-making.

Knowledge of US employment law; global HR experience is a plus.
Bonus Points

Expertise in compensation design and leveling (short-term and long-term incentives)
- Familiarity with compensation tools and surveys (e.g., Radford).

Exposure to tools like Lattice, Workday, Greenhouse or other modern HRIS.
