AD Framework Software Engineer는 Autonomous Driving System을 위한 핵심 Middleware Framework를 설계하고 개발합니다. 실시간 통신, 실행 프레임워크, 데이터 관리 및 공통 라이브러리 등 자율주행 소프트웨어의 기반이 되는 핵심 시스템을 구축하며, 안전성과 신뢰성을 갖춘 Automotive Grade Software를 제공합니다. 또한 다양한 Application Team과 협업하여 자율주행 플랫폼의 성능과 확장성을 지속적으로 향상시키는 역할을 수행합니다.

At 42dot, our AD Framework Software Engineers build the core middleware system behind autonomous driving. We develop real-time communication, execution frameworks, and foundational libraries such as transform and data utilities. From design to deployment, we deliver software systems that meet the high standards of automotive reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous Driving System을 위한 Middleware Framework 설계, 개발 및 배포

• 실시간 통신 및 실행 프레임워크를 포함한 핵심 시스템 개발

• Linux 및 RTOS 기반 분산 시스템 소프트웨어 개발 및 최적화

• ISO 26262 등 Automotive Safety Standard를 고려한 Software 설계 및 구현

• Debugging, Testing 및 Validation을 위한 개발 도구 설계 및 개발

• Software Requirement 분석부터 설계, 구현, 검증, 배포까지 전 개발 과정 수행

• Design Review 및 Code Review를 통한 기술 검토 및 품질 향상

• Application Team 및 다양한 Cross-functional Team과 협업하여 Middleware Integration 지원

• 글로벌 개발 조직과 협업하여 프로젝트 수행

• Design, develop, and deploy middleware software solutions for autonomous driving systems

• Develop core software components including real-time communication and execution frameworks

• Develop and optimize distributed software running on Linux and RTOS platforms

• Design and implement software compliant with automotive safety standards such as ISO 26262

• Build development tools for debugging, testing, and validation

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

• Contribute to design reviews and code reviews to improve software quality

• Collaborate with application developers and cross-functional teams for seamless middleware integration

• Work effectively with global engineering teams across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Engineering 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상

• ROS/ROS2 또는 Automotive·Robotics Middleware Framework 개발 경험

• Middleware 및 Software Framework 개발 경험

• C/C++ 기반 Software 개발 역량 및 Python, Bash, Lua 등 Script Language 활용 경험

• Linux 또는 RTOS 기반 Software 개발 경험

• Software Development Lifecycle 전반에 대한 이해

• Cross-functional Team과의 협업 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 제품 수준의 Software 개발 및 품질 향상에 대한 관심과 열정

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with ROS/ROS2 or equivalent middleware frameworks for automotive or robotics systems

• Experience developing middleware and software frameworks

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Lua

• Experience developing software on Linux or RTOS platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

• Passion for building production-quality software systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 10년 이상의 Software 개발 경력 및 Automotive 또는 관련 산업 경험

• DDS, TCP/IP, SOME/IP, DoIP 등 Communication Protocol 개발 경험

• CI/CD 및 Software Automation Pipeline 구축 경험

• Yocto, CMake, Make 등 Linux Build System 활용 경험

• Rust Programming 경험

• 10+ years of experience developing production-grade software, including experience in automotive or related industries

• Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as DDS, TCP/IP, SOME/IP, and DoIP

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD or automated software pipelines

• Experience with Linux build systems such as Yocto, CMake, and Make

• Experience programming in Rust

Interview Process

• 서류전형 - 코딩테스트 - 화상면접 (1시간 내외) - 대면 혹은 화상면접 (3시간 내외) - 최종합격
