Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Managed Services. The role is responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) operational support, ensuring platform stability, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will report to Lead Security Engineer.
Responsibilities
Provide L2 and L3 operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues.
Perform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, rules, and lifecycle event troubleshooting.
Support application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle management.
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve product and integration issues.
Engage directly with customers, lead technical discussions, and provide regular service updates.
Drive continuous service improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge management activities.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and implementation of preventive measures.
Requirements
5+ years of overall experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC operations, administration, and managed services.
Proven experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in an enterprise IAM/IGA environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISC modules, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Access Certifications, Provisioning, Roles, Policies, Workflows, Transforms, Rules, and Application Integrations.
Experience troubleshooting connectors, REST APIs, identity synchronization, aggregation, provisioning, and lifecycle-related issues.
Strong understanding of application onboarding, connector configuration, and integration best practices.
Experience working in a Managed Services environment supporting global customers.
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certification is an added advantage.
