Role Summary & Impact
WPP Media is looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Activation Search & Social to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of Paid Search and Paid Social activities within broader media strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Independently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
- Manage high-budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top-tier performance and ROI.
- Lead pre- and post-campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
- 3+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large-scale budgets.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics and TikTok.
- Amazon Search is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
