The Role:

As a Senior Recruiter at Facet, you will directly contribute to scaling our world-class team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across highly specialized roles, with a primary focus on scaling our pipeline of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professionals. Our goals are focused on building a high-performing team capable of improving the financial lives of millions.

A successful candidate must have extensive experience working as a full-cycle recruiter within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You understand how to navigate ambiguity, shift priorities quickly, and challenge traditional recruiting status quos through innovative, candidate-centric sourcing strategies. This candidate is someone who can build strong consensus with leadership and hiring managers while independently executing end-to-end recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, specialized technical and non-technical roles, with a heavy emphasis on scaling our CFP® professional pipeline.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand headcount needs, define specialized role profiles, and build calibrated interview processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing shifting priorities and scaling talent pipelines efficiently without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to target, engage, and convert high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a transparent, high-touch, and equitable interview process.
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to track pipeline health, optimize the hiring funnel, and regularly report on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to weave our culture, mission, and values into employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience sourcing and closing highly specialized positions, specifically including CFP® professionals or specialized wealth management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience succeeding within a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to manage, align, and guide expectations for hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, advisor compensation models, and CFP® certification regulations.
  • Experience recruiting within the fintech or wealth management sectors.
  • Experience building or leading initiatives around employer branding.
