We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer to provide front-end development services for modern web applications supporting advanced digital solutions within the Energy sector. You'll be responsible for delivering intuitive user interfaces that enable business users to interact seamlessly with data models and digital platforms.

Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams, you'll help transform UI/UX designs into scalable, high-quality applications while leveraging modern development practices, including AI-enabled development tools where appropriate, always applying sound engineering judgement and responsible use of approved AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver user-facing features and modern web interfaces using React.js, creating intuitive experiences for business users interacting with analytical models and applications.
• Build reusable, scalable front-end components and libraries while collaborating with designers and backend specialists to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable and responsive code that performs consistently across browsers and devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux, Context API or similar state management approaches.
• Apply modern engineering practices, including the appropriate use of approved AI-enabled development tools and automation to improve delivery quality and productivity, while maintaining human review and engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering front-end solutions using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience integrating APIs and implementing application state management using Redux, Context API or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimisation and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams and contribute to high-quality technical solutions.
• Curiosity to explore AI-enabled development approaches that improve efficiency while applying responsible engineering judgement and established delivery standards.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with cloud-based applications or modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
• Experience working within Energy, Utilities or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems or micro-frontend architectures.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development practices and modern automation tooling.
