💼 About the Role

This is a true founding engineering opportunity.

You'll own major parts of the React Native application—from designing beautiful user interfaces to state management, API integrations, testing, and production releases.

While React Native will be your primary focus, you'll work across the stack whenever needed. The team believes in shared ownership, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute wherever they can create the most value.

🔥 What You'll Be Doing

• Build and own major features of the React Native app end-to-end.

• Develop clean, scalable JavaScript and TypeScript code.

• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design teams to bring ideas to life.

• Debug and solve complex issues across iOS, Android, APIs, and backend integrations.

• Optimize performance, animations, responsiveness, and overall user experience.

• Help establish engineering standards, architecture, and development best practices.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong experience building and shipping production React Native applications.

• Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills.

• A product mindset and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience building consumer-facing mobile products.

• Expo, native modules, App Store releases, or mobile CI/CD.

• Backend or full-stack experience (Node.js, APIs).

• Web3, blockchain, or Solidity experience (nice to have, not required).

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup.

• Experience helping define engineering processes and technical standards.
